Thank you for visiting Colorado
History Directory.
The one frustration all encounter when searching for anything historically based in Colorado, was that it was so hard to find and connect
with others that represented people from the past; were involved in the recreation of historical clothing and accessories,
or created specialized presentations. Hosting small specialized events that are of a state
wide interest that have very limited publicity can be disheartening to coordinators. We
need these areas to be covered under one umbrella. A
Colorado History Directory! Colorado History Directory is a comprehensive listing of historic interpretors and reenactors, historic clothing and accessories, vendors,
historical places, and historically based events. So much of this is happening throughout the state of Colorado
but little is tangibly advertised outside of the local areas. The listing is continuing to grow.
We are bringing together those who share a passion
for keeping the history of America and Colorado alive and working together to promote that history state wide. Our focus is to increase the exposure of individuals, groups, and historic
sites. Our fees are reasonable to accomodate
everyone no matter the size of the organization, so all will benefit
from this first cooperative venture. Won't
you become a part of keeping our history alive.
